Little Hoops – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Fees

Little Hoops operates on a monthly membership basis. The current fee is £36 per month, payable in advance. A one-off £20 joining fee is required upon sign-up, which includes your child’s welcome pack (T-shirt and water bottle).

Membership secures your child’s place in their chosen weekly class.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made via the agreed booking system and are taken monthly. Failure to make payment may result in your child’s space being released.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of one month’s notice to cancel your membership.

Notice must be given in writing (email or message).

If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the following month’s fee will still be charged.

4. Missed Sessions

Little Hoops sessions are non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend a session, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or transfers.

5. Class Changes & Cancellations

Little Hoops reserves the right to make changes to class times, locations, or coaches if necessary.

In the rare event that a session is cancelled by us, we will offer either a replacement session or a credit where possible.

6. Behaviour & Participation

We aim to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all children.

If a child’s behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to remove them from sessions.

7. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs prior to sessions.

Children should attend in suitable clothing and footwear.

8. Responsibility

Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian before and after sessions.

Little Hoops cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Photography & Social Media

From time to time, photos/videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify us in writing.

10. Safeguarding

Little Hoops follows safeguarding guidelines and all necessary checks are in place to ensure a safe environment for your child.

By signing up to Little Hoops, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
